There are so many ways to write a recommendation for Eric; we could focus on his understanding of the real estate market and his willingness to share that patiently, his availability, his respect for his client’s time and privacy, his sense of humor, his helpfulness and so many other ways of how he works with clients. When my wife and I decided to sell our property in Hume, Virginia, there were challenges. We wanted buyers who would be good neighbors and who would continue to have an operating farm on the property, e.g., accepting ownership responsibilities for livestock. Friends in the community recommended Eric Diello to act as our agent. Eric became intimately familiar with all aspects of the property – house, barn, guest cottage, livestock operations, etc. He showed the property to a host of potential buyers using his own utility vehicle for transport around the entire property including pastures with livestock and large guard dogs. He identified ideal new owners, facilitated the transaction by introducing the potential buyers to financial institutions that met their needs, coordinating closing activities with a title company and listing and selling their property as precursors to buying our property.
